Named a Top 40 Under 40 Litigation Attorney in the state of California by the American Society of Legal Advocates in 2016 and selected to the list of Northern California Rising Stars every year since 2015, Eric is passionate about entrepreneurship, trial advocacy, and social justice.
Eric currently dedicates 100 percent of his practice to tenant rights. A dedicated tenant rights advocate, he served on the board of directors of the Eviction Defense Collaborative in San Francisco from April 2015 to April 2019.
Born in the South Bay and raised in the Central Valley and Wine Country, Eric earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Stanford University. He earned his law degree from UC Davis School of Law, where he served as president of the student bar association. During law school, Eric also worked as an intern in the Government Division of the Office of the City Attorney of San Francisco, as well as a judicial extern to the Honorable Morrison C. England, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
When he is not working on behalf of his clients, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and young son, Henry, and visiting his family in the Wine Country. He speaks fluent Italian, conversational Spanish, and some French.
