Nathan joined Tenant Law Group in September 2018 as the firm’s New Client Intake Coordinator and was promoted to Case Manager in August 2019. He is the first point of contact for clients with questions about their case, provides regular status updates to all firm clients, and works closely with the litigation team to ensure that client matters are resolved as quickly as possible.
Nathan has worked in customer support for over 10 years for companies as diverse as Support Space, Jivosite, My Personal Taxi, Riley Corporation, B-Stock Solutions, and ILN Enterprises, Inc. At B-Stock Solutions, Nathan’s role was Listings Services QA Team Leader and then Customer Service Team Leader. He is also the Managing Principal Consultant at AGS Solutions LLC, a company that focuses on workflow, process and protocol adherence, and cybersecurity.
In his spare time, Nathan enjoys new technology and advocating for others.
