Good morning, and Happy Thursday! I hope 2020 is off to a great start for you. We have some exciting updates to share since our last newsletter. First, we are thrilled to welcome Anais Gonzalez Bautista to our team. She joined Tenant Law Group as Executive Assistant in December 2019. She has spent most of her professional career working in administrative support and customer service. Before joining the firm, she worked as the Executive Managing Assistant (and Assistant) for a large convenience store chain. Anais speaks English, Spanish, and some French. Second, as part of our commitment to helping as many California tenants as possible, we are planning for another year of aggressive growth, adding seven full-time positions. We are now actively seeking a Client Relations Manager (aka non-attorney salesperson) and Litigation Attorney. The Client Relations Manager position is 100% virtual. The Litigation Attorney position requires the attorney to be within driving distance (1–2 hours) of the San Francisco Bay Area but is otherwise also 100% virtual. Job descriptions and application instructions are available on our website. In this month’s e-newsletter, we discuss what do to when your landlord is talking about you online. Thank you for your continued support of Tenant Law Group. If you or someone you know has been displaced from a rent-controlled apartment without legal justification, harassed by a landlord, or believe his or her rights as a renter have been violated, call us today at (415) 915-7445. We offer complimentary case evaluations to all prospective clients. Best Wishes, Eric L. Toscano
