Lucas joined Tenant Law Group in October 2020 as Marketing Assistant. He is responsible for ensuring the delivery of content to Tenant Law Group’s social media channels, engaging with the firm’s online audience; preparing and overseeing delivery of the firm’s monthly newsletter; brainstorming ways to identify and connect with tenants in need of the firm’s legal services; updating website content; and drafting and editing blog posts on topics related to housing and tenant rights.
Lucas is a rising sophomore at Stanford University, where he is currently studying Public Policy and International Relations. Currently a Vice-President of the Business Association of Stanford Entrepreneurial Students (BASES), he is interested in merging entrepreneurship and politics in his future with the goal of social good.
A Bay Area native, Lucas was born and raised in the East Bay where he witnessed firsthand the consequences of the housing shortage. He has organized efforts before the City Council of Antioch, California to prevent at-risk tenants from becoming homeless. He also led a group of high school students who delivered care packages to the unhoused. He graduated as salutatorian of his high school class.
Outside of work and school, Lucas is passionate about learning languages and is currently studying Mandarin Chinese. His hobbies include improv, skiing, and creative writing.
